Palestine Academy for Science and Technology participated in a workshop organized by the Ministry of higher education and scientific research to discuss ways of improvement and promoting scientific research and its outputs in Palestine, in presence of researchers and specialists, also, representatives of higher education institutions. 
There were many topics covered during the workshop, aiming to promote and enhance scientific research. 

• National document for the priorities of scientific research
• Establishment of the Palestinian researches network and link it to the Arab network
• Formation of Science Fund to support scientific research
• Establishment of a research Hub for academic and non-academic institutions.
• The proposed of National Scientific and Research Center
